Residential Program Assistant (Evening Shift 3pm to 11pm with weekend availability)

Brantwood Family Services is seeking a dedicated Residential Program Assistant to support our long-term residential treatment program for pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorders. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for residents. Responsibilities include conducting facility rounds, responding to emergencies, supporting residents with daily activities, completing documentation, and contributing to a positive and compassionate treatment setting. Ideal candidates are empathetic, dependable, and able to work professionally in a trauma-informed, person-centered environment.

 

 

 

Residential Shift Supervisor, Residential Programs
Brantwood Family Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential Shift Supervisor to support our long term residential treatment program for pregnant and parenting women. Our program emphasizes a family centered, relational, and trauma informed approach to recovery, providing a safe and supportive environment for mothers working to rebuild stability and remain with their children.

The Residential Shift Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting staff, and promoting a therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include guiding Residential Program Assistants, conducting facility rounds, responding to resident needs, assisting with admissions and discharges, facilitating or monitoring programming, responding to emergency or crisis situations, and ensuring health and safety throughout the facility. This role also supports staff development by providing coaching, performance feedback, and helping the team maintain adherence to policy and procedure.

Ideal candidates are professional, compassionate, able to remain calm during high stress situations, and comfortable leading others in a person centered, trauma informed environment. Strong communication skills, sound decision making, and the ability to build positive working relationships are essential.
